Recruitment Process

  • Job
    Announcement

    Recruitment is conducted through both open recruitment based on the company’s workforce plan and rolling recruitment in case of vacancy. Job openings are posted on our company website, major job portals, and newspapers.

  • Document
    Screening

    After the application deadline, applicants are evaluated based on their experience, qualifications, and aptitude. Successful candidates will be announced on the recruitment notice board of our website.

  • Interview

    Only those who pass the document screening will be invited to an interview with a panel composed of top management. Candidates will be comprehensively evaluated on personality, aptitude, capabilities, and core competencies required for the position.

  • Final
    Selection

    Applicants selected through the full recruitment process will be individually notified of their acceptance.
    Further details such as onboarding schedule and required documents will be provided separately.

  • Offer
    Notification

    Final candidates will be informed of the hiring decision.
    Individual guidance will be given regarding the start date and necessary documentation.

Additional Information

  • Applicants must have no restrictions on overseas travel. Male applicants must have completed military service or be exempt.
  • Submitted documents can be returned upon request.
